Delete account on OneMobile mobile app—a helpful guide for customers



If you no longer wish to use apps created by OneMobile, you can delete your user account to permanently remove all of your personal data and information from the app's servers. Please note that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone.

To delete your user account on OneMobile mobile app, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open the OneMobile mobile app on your device and log in to your account.

Step 2: To access your account menu, tap the hamburger "Menu" icon located in the top left corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can also access your account screen from the bottom navigation bar.

Step 3: From the bottom of the “Account” screen, tap on a button labeled “Delete account”. Please note that the wording may vary depending on the language preference of the app.


Step 4: A confirmation screen will appear, informing you that all of your personal data and information will be permanently deleted. If you're sure you want to proceed, tap "Delete account". Your account will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to access any of your data or information on OneMobile mobile app.
