How to create iOS and Android Developer Accounts?

To have your own app listed on App Store, Apple requires you to create an iOS Developer Account and enroll in their Developer program. Once the app exists under your account, you can have full control over, and it will retain your business's branding on the App Store listing.
Apple ID
We recommend you create a separate Apple ID different from the one using for your personal correspondence to avoid unexpected issues. Click here to manage your IDs.
D-U-N-S number
According to Apple, The D-U-N-S Number is a unique nine-digit number that identifies business entities on a location-specific basis. Being assigned and maintained by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), it is widely used as a standard business identifier. Click here to refer to more information and how to request a D-U-N-S number.
Two-Factor Authentication
According to Apple, two-factor authentication can be seen as an extra layer of security for your Apple ID, which will ensure you are the only one who can access your account - even if someone else knows your password. Click here to refer to more information and learn how to setup.
Website domain
A Shopify store domain will be requested when enrolling the developer account.
Credit card
An iOS Developer Account costs $99 annually. Therefore, you will be required a ready-to-use international credit card to complete the enrollment. Conforming to Apple, the fee may change at any time. You can contact Apple Support if having related concerns.
Step 1: Go to Developer Program Enrollment and click Start your enrollment.

Step 2: Enter your Apple ID and password to sign in. Apple may require you to enter the two-factor authentication.

Step 3: Fill out and confirm your personal information.

Step 4: Tap down Entity Type list, select the required option.

In order for your company name to be listed on your App Store product page, your company must be recognized as a legal entity in your region. Sole proprietors and single person companies located in regions where they are not recognized as legal entities will be enrolled and be listed for download under the enrollee’s personal legal name, if selected for distribution by Apple.
Step 5: Review and accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement by selecting the checkbox and pressing Continue.

Step 6: Review your purchase information and Click Purchase button

Step 7: Enter the payment details to complete the purchase on the Apple Online Store.
Step 8: Once the process is completed, a purchase confirmation from the Apple Online Store and an activation confirmation from Apple Developer Program Support will be sent to the user through email.
Step 9: Check the email and enter the verification link sent in the email. Then, the account will be activated.
To publish your app for Android users, you are required to create your own Google Play developer account and fill out requested information to submit. Once your mobile app is successfully available on Google Play, you can have full control over it.
Gmail account
A Gmail account (ending with @gmail.com) will be required first. We recommend you to create a separate Gmail different from the one using for your personal correspondence to avoid further unexpected issues.

2-Step verification
According to Google, 2-Step verification provides you with a second layer of sign-in security. To create a developer account, they also require you to turn on 2-step verification for your Gmail account. Click here to see how to manage it.

According to Google, there is a US$25 one-time registration fee required for Google Play Developer Account. Therefore, you will be required a ready-to-use credit/ debit card to complete the enrollment. This rate might change at any time. Contact Google Support if you have related concerns.
