How to create notifications?

Push notifications are essential components of any mobile app's retention and engagement strategy. It includes Manual that helps to immediately send notifications to your clients and Automate helps to set up a time to deliver.

On our first stage, the Manual push notification was launched first. Be patient, Automate feature will be released soon!

To create Push Notification:

From Dashboard, select Notifications
Click to Create push notification
Select type and press Create


Notification content



Notification title: Title will appear at the beginning of the line when the notification is delivered. Note: The maximum character is up to 40.

Notification message: Below the title, describe what you want to deliver to visitors. The content may be related to product promotion or advertising that the app or any further information you want to share. Note: The maximum character is up to 200.

Notification image: is simply a thumbnail image attached to the message. The image is required with a maximum size of 200 KB that ends in .png, .jpeg, .gif.


Where notification navigates to



There are 5 different sections your shoppers will be sent to after pressing the notification:

In-app notification center: Navigate to the notification page in your app.
Home: Go to the app's Homepage.
Cart: Navigate to the Cart page.
Product: Redirect to the Product Details Page of a selected product.
Collection: Go to the Collection Page of a selected collection.

Where and when notification sends to



Where (Device): You can opt for which type of device will receive the notification. There are 3 options: Android, iOs and Both.
When (Time): Select Immediately to send the notification right away. Select Schedule to set a time plan for it.

After creating, you will be sent to the dashboard of Notification that you can follow up and manage them.
