1. From store owner
There are three ways to get notification

You can get the notification of new messages via blue dots from your box chat or bell at the top right of corner.



You can also turn on the option "Desktop Notification" to get notification pushed on desktop.



Note: this option can only work when you allow notification on your browser:



In case there's a new message but hasn't been replied within 15 minutes, the app will send an notification to store owner's email address like this:



2. From customer`s side

Your customers will get notification on bubble chat.
