Give OneMobile access to your developer accounts so that we can assist launching your mobile app on Google Play and App Store.

For iOS Developer Account

Go your App Store Connect and signin your Apple ID.
Select Users and Access


Click the Add icon + and provide required information:

First Name: OneMobile
Last Name: Team
Email: support@onecommerce.io
Role: Admin with access to all Additional Resources


Click Invite to complete the invitation process

If your Apple Developer Account is a company account, make sure the checkbox in the 'Developer Resources' section is checked.

For Android Developer Account

Go to your Google Console Play and signin your Gmail account
Click Users and permissions
Click Invite new user
Enter our email: support@onecommerce.io as Admin
