What is your standard process after I paid the fee?

After paying service fee ($150 for full package service), you will go through our standard process as following:

A Customer Support (CS) agent will be assigned to support you throughout the process after you create a ticket.

A senior developer will be assigned to work on your store.

You would be required to provide necessary permissions to a Staff account which lets you control which sections of your Shopify admin that our team can access. Then our developer will be in-charge for the remainder. In case we need further information/permission, the CS agent will contact you directly.

We back up your live theme, and work on this new theme, thus your live store will not be affected by our work.

You can check ticket progress directly from inside the Swift app, via live chat, and also an email will be sent automatically to your mailbox when there is any ticket status change.

The CS agent will be the main contact point regarding communication in case you have any concern/question.

Depending on the size of the store, the optimization process normally would be done within 3-5 business days. Sometimes there is a queue, and if it happens, we will surely let you know the estimated waiting time.

After our developer finishes work on your store, reports and before / after stats will be uploaded and attached to your ticket. You can see it directly by logging in to the Swift app.

You will have 7 days to check your store result and feedback to us, after that time the ticket will be closed and we both agree that you are satisfied with our work
