Why can’t I see products or collections on mobile app?

Do you have a large number of products and collections on your Shopify store but are unable to see them on the OneMobile app?
This may be because you have not included the products or collections in OneMobile, a sales channel in your Shopify admin.
To include your products or collections in OneMobile, please follow these steps:
For products list or collections list
1. From your Shopify admin, go to the "Products" or "Collections"
2. Select all the products or collections you want to include

3. Click on "Include in sales channels."

4. Select OneMobile—the sales channel that you want to include your products or collections in.

5. Click on "Include products" or "Include collections."

For product details
1. From your Shopify admin, go to “Products”
2. Click on the product's name to open its details. The product is included in the sales channels listed in the “Publishing” section.
3. Click on “Manage” > “Manage sales channels.”

4. Select OneMobile—the sales channel that you want to include the products or collections in.

5. Click “Done”
6. Click “Save”

After completing the steps, please reload OneMobile apps to see your collections and products displayed.
